My name is Rufaida, I have graduated from faculty of science Alexandria university at 2023 with an excellent degree in Molecular Biology. During the college years I was preparing my self for the working field through the civil work and trainings for example I joined the red crescent and this is showed me how much is important to help others, also I was volunteer in Bibliotheca Alexandria with a team of 80 volunteers and learned about the sustainable development its value and importance, I joined two trainings programs one of them was in the scientific researches city it was about the nanoscience and its applications in biology and the other scientific branches and the other one was at the institute of Graduate studies and research it was about the t the laboratory techniques either in the Molecular Biology field or Microbiology field. Now I work as curriculum assistant with El-Khettah educational platform, my responsibility is to answer the students questions in addition to making summarises and revisions to help them to understand the Biology better and easily also I check the teachers content and make sure that everything is correct.
My responsibilities helped me a lot to improve my skills and gain new ones, for example my communication skills improved through the communication with the students answering thier different questions all the time either through WhatsApp or zoom live meetings. My teamwork skill improved too, it is improved through the helpline my colleagues to answer and help thier students properly also through working with the teachers and the other work departments to provide the best study experience to the students. I learnt how to work under pressure cause I am totally responsible to help the Biology students if the secondary groups one, two and three as I have to answer all thier questions, writing summeris and make zoom revision for all of them in short time. Finally I am looking forward to have a chance to work CoolEdu students which I would to have chance to teach the thing that I have all passion about which is Biology and sciences.
